Role Overview

The Office Operations & Logistics Manager will own the full operational stack of our workplace — from vendor ecosystems and facilities coordination to onsite IT systems, AV infrastructure, and security access control. This is not a back-office support role. You will be the primary owner of systems that directly impact how our teams function every day.

This remote-first Office Operations & Logistics Manager position is ideal for someone who has managed multi-vendor environments, supported hybrid-first teams, and can troubleshoot both physical and technical workplace challenges with minimal escalation. If you have launched offices, coordinated relocations, or built out operations infrastructure before, your experience will be valued here.

Responsibilities

→ Own all facilities, logistics, and vendor ecosystems — ensuring operations are smooth and uninterrupted at all times

→ Coordinate the setup and ongoing maintenance of onsite networks, hardware, and AV systems in collaboration with IT

→ Source, negotiate, and actively manage vendor contracts across cleaning, security, and maintenance — holding vendors to defined performance standards

→ Manage badge systems, access control protocols, and security workflows for all staff and onsite visitors

→ Ensure conference rooms and AV systems are always optimized for hybrid collaboration between in-person and remote team members

→ Handle deliveries, mail systems, and inventory management with proactive planning and tracking

→ Support incident response planning and emergency preparedness procedures to maintain business continuity

→ Travel onsite to San Francisco for time-sensitive setups, events, or operational emergencies as needed
